Damaged property and
no idea what comes next?
Florida's licensed public adjusters take the claim off your hands and recover what your policy actually owes. No recovery, no fee.
Real claims we've documented & recovered
Already filed and stuck?
You still have options.
A first offer, a denial, or silence from the carrier isn't the end of your claim. In many cases it's the beginning of what you're actually owed, and Florida law gives you a window to act.
Your claim was denied
A denial doesn't always mean no. We review the denial letter and policy language, then document the evidence to challenge it, supplement it, or request reconsideration.
The offer felt too low
Carriers often pay the minimum first. We re-document the full scope of damage and press for what your policy actually owes, not just what was offered up front.
Your claim has stalled
Delays, silence, repeated inspections. We step in, take over the communication, and push the claim forward so it stops sitting on someone's desk.
What the insurer offered,
vs what we recovered.
These are actual results for Florida property owners we represented. Your outcome depends on your policy and your loss.
A vehicle crashed into a commercial office, causing structural damage and forcing a temporary shutdown. We recovered for both repairs and lost business income, and got them back in operation.
A lightning strike to the flagpole sparked an electrical fire; fire-suppression efforts added extensive water damage. We secured the funds for a full restoration that exceeded the family's expectations.
A tornado spawned by Hurricane Milton damaged the roof, exterior structures, and a detached shed. We documented every storm-related loss and recovered an additional $44,333 over the insurer's initial offer to fund the repairs.
Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Every claim is evaluated on its own facts, policy language, and coverage. Figures reflect specific representations and are shown with the client's permission.
A commercial loss can stop your revenue.
We help restart it.
Whether you run a business, an apartment complex, or an HOA, every day your building sits closed is money lost. We document the full scope, structure and business interruption, and present a claim the carrier has to take seriously.
- Office buildings, retail, warehouses & mixed-use
- Apartment complexes, condos & HOA common areas
- Business-interruption & lost-income recovery
- Denied, underpaid, delayed & supplemental claims
We answer 24/7. Talk to a real adjuster, not a call center.

You don't pay unless we recover for you.
We work on contingency. There's nothing to pay up front, and our fee is a percentage of the settlement we obtain on your behalf, so our incentive is simple: recover you more.
Florida law caps public adjuster fees. For claims based on events that are the subject of a declared state of emergency (such as a named hurricane), reported within one year of the date of loss, the fee is limited to 10% of the additional amounts paid by the insurer. All fees and the contingency arrangement are disclosed in a written contract before any work begins, as required by Florida Statute §626.854.
Declared emergency & hurricane claims
10%For claims arising from a declared state of emergency and reported within one year of the date of loss, our fee is capped at 10% of the insurance proceeds we obtain, as Florida law requires.
Standard property claims
20%For all other claims, our standard contingency fee is 20% of the amount we recover on your behalf. You owe nothing if we don't recover for you.
Built by a father. Carried forward by his family.
A member of the Florida Public Adjusters Association and the National Association of Public Adjusters, and also a certified public adjuster in Florida.
Carlos began his career as an insurance adjuster for a major insurance company. He quickly became disillusioned with the industry, as he saw firsthand how adjusters were often pressured to underpay or deny claims. He decided to switch sides and start his own public adjuster firm, where he could fight for the rights of policyholders.
Carlos was an amazing human being, husband, father and friend, a skilled negotiator and advocate for his clients. He had a deep understanding of insurance law and regulations, and he was never afraid to stand up to insurance companies.
He was passionate about helping people get the compensation they deserve after a loss and his legacy continues as we strive to help policyholders recover millions of dollars in claims, and his commitment to making sure that policyholders are treated fairly stays engraved in our company values.
15 five-star reviews. Nothing less.
The experts who'll handle your claim.
Licensed, local, and personally accountable for your outcome, not a rotating cast of strangers.
When someone says "I don't know what to do next," that's where I come in.
As a second-generation public adjuster, I've seen firsthand the difference the right advocate makes during a property insurance claim. When a home or business is damaged, people are usually overwhelmed, stressed, and unsure of what comes next.
I've been in the business since 2020; before that I spent six years as a legal assistant and case manager and served as a bookkeeper for the Palm Beach County School District, a background in advocacy, organization, and client care.
I take pride in guiding my clients through the process, fighting for a fair outcome, and helping them get back on their feet. Knowing I can ease some of that burden, and make a hard situation a little easier, is what motivates me every day.

Every policyholder deserves someone in their corner who won't back down.
I became a public adjuster because I saw how often hard-working people were left to face the insurance company alone after a fire, a storm, or a flood. The carrier has experts working to limit what they pay. Policyholders deserve that same expertise working for them.
Representing families and business owners across residential and commercial claims, I hold the line on what people are actually owed under their policy, and I stay accessible from the first call to the final check. That's the standard this firm was built on, and it's the one I bring to every claim.

What to know
before you call.
The insurance company's adjuster works for the insurer. A public adjuster works only for you, the policyholder. We document your damage, interpret your policy, build the claim, and negotiate directly with the carrier so you recover what you're actually owed, not just what's first offered.
We work on contingency. No recovery, no fee. Our standard fee is 20% of what we recover for you. For claims from a declared state of emergency (such as a named hurricane) reported within one year of the date of loss, Florida law caps our fee at 10% of the proceeds. Everything is disclosed in writing before any work begins.
Often, yes. Generally, a claim can be reopened within one year from the date of loss, and a supplemental claim may be filed within 18 months from the date of loss, subject to your policy and current Florida law. If you were underpaid or denied, it's worth a free review to see what's still possible.
Every claim is different. Some resolve in weeks; others take several months, or longer, depending on the complexity, the carrier's response, and the amount in dispute. Under current Florida law, insurers generally have 60 days after receiving notice of a claim to pay or deny it, absent factors beyond their control. We push to move your claim forward as efficiently as possible while still pursuing every dollar you're owed.
A denial isn't necessarily the end. We review the denial letter, the policy language, and the evidence to determine whether it's justified. From there we may provide additional documentation, obtain expert reports, submit a supplemental claim, or request reconsideration. If legal action becomes necessary, we can connect you with qualified attorneys who specialize in property insurance disputes.
It helps to have your insurance policy, photos of the damage, and any claim-related correspondence from the carrier. If you don't have all of it, that's okay, we'll help you gather what's needed. The first step is simply contacting us for a free inspection and claim review.
