10Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website of Infante Adjustment Bureau, P.A. They do not create a representation agreement. We represent clients only under a separate written public-adjuster contract that complies with Florida Statute §626.854.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2About Our Services
Infante Adjustment Bureau, P.A. is a Florida licensed public adjusting firm. A public adjuster represents the insured (the policyholder) in the preparation, presentation, and negotiation of a property insurance claim. A public adjuster is not affiliated with any insurance company and does not work for the government.
3No Representation Until a Written Contract
Submitting a form, calling, or emailing us does not by itself create a client relationship. We represent you only after both parties sign a written public-adjuster contract. Until then, no obligation to act on your claim arises on either side.
4Fees
Our fees are contingency-based and are fully disclosed in your written contract before any work begins, as required by Florida Statute §626.854.
- Declared emergency & hurricane claims: For claims arising from events that are the subject of a declared state of emergency and reported within one year of the date of loss, our fee is capped at 10% of the additional amounts paid by the insurer, as Florida law requires.
- Standard property claims: For all other claims, our standard contingency fee is 20% of the amount we recover on your behalf.
- No recovery, no fee: You owe no contingency fee if we do not recover for you.
5No Guarantee of Results
Insurance outcomes depend on your policy, the facts of your loss, and the carrier's decisions. We pursue your claim diligently, but past results do not guarantee future outcomes, and we make no promise of any specific recovery amount or timeline.
6Not Legal Advice
We are licensed public adjusters, not attorneys. Information on this site and our services do not constitute legal advice. For legal questions about your rights, consult a licensed attorney.
7Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your loss and policy.
- Cooperate reasonably and promptly during the claim process.
- Do not misrepresent any fact relating to a claim. Insurance fraud is a crime under Florida law.
